Woodlands Primary School

Children from Woodlands took part in a number of fitness activities today as Invictus Games star Caroline Buckle visited the school. Children from Reception through to Year 6 took part in a number of activities. Caroline then did an assembly explaining how sport has inspired her and helped her throughout her life. The Newspaper Club then asked some questions first and then the rest of the school were able to ask her questions. The questions were fantastic and gave a huge insight in to how Caroline trains, what inspired her and how she has dealt with any setbacks. The pupils and staff at Woodlands Primary would like to say a huge thank you to Caroline and James. Sponsor Money is due in between today (Tuesday 17th) and next Tuesday (24th January).
